Using neutrosophic cognitive map for forecasting of realization small business innovative project

Abstract:
The variant of using neutrosophic cognitive maps with DSM method of automatic creation of hypothesis was considered to forecast the results of innovating project of a small enterprise realization. The ways of operative forming of individual neutrospohic cognitive maps for a singled out enterprise, considering the state of every unit on a map and also the changes in the units cooperation depending on their state were offered. The approach to extract information from cognitive cards was considered. It allows to estimate changes in system as a result of some influence on one or more of its units. The resulting method and algorithm allows us to analyze the project of small innovative companies in terms of investment attractiveness and find ways to influence the company in order to increase the probability of a successful outcome.
