Authors determine main problems of network communication in mobile complex with a heterogeneous channel terminating equipment and give basic parameters of network control in the mobile complex. The article suggests the structure scheme of software which allows controlling the channel terminating equipment in automated system of mobile complex. Authors propose development methods of similar software.
