Abstract:
Active aging process of the world and Russia population including requires further research on aging and their quantitative estimation. An important task is automation and information support of the individual diagnosis of aging and the formation its maintenance regimens. The article considers the nature of the age phenomenon and the principles of its quantification, modern methodology of quantitative assessment of the level of human aging on the basis of the biological age indicator (BA). Biomarkers BA should comprehensively characterize the process of individual ageing, their number should not be large, the change with age should be evenly to all members of the population and fairly expressed quantitatively, evidence of variations of indicators should be minimal. To forecast the duration of life, pace and type of aging, it is also necessary to determine risk factors: hereditary and acquired, and factors longevity - genetic and environmental. The implementation of the comprehensive test with quantitative calculations on the modern level is possible only with the use of modern information systems - specialized computer programs.
