Abstract:
The radio frequency (RF) monitoring system with digital oscilloscope for wide-band radiation measurements in time domain is proposed. Time domain monitoring system is compared to system based on spectrum analyzer. The proposed system operates from tens to hundreds of times faster than conventional systems sweeping in the frequency domain. The same level of allowable distortion and frequency resolution are provided.
