Abstract:
The article presents the problem of search of a compound template as generalization of a problem of search of positions of a template. Are show a development of a method of matrix search that allows to carry out search of position of a template they consist only from one substring also doesn't allow to solve a problem of search of a compound sample in analyzed string. The basic of the modified method of matrix search consists in combination of parallel bit-by-bit processing of elements as a part of diagonals of search cells of a characteristic matrix with line-by-line calculation of starting values of search cells of a characteristic matrix. This combination allows to consider positional an irregular arrangement of symbols of a compound template in analyzed string. Are show a multiple calculation device which basis is made by the matrix of search cells having a form of a parallelogram and setting the parallel-conveyor scheme of calculations.
