Soft-hardware system for technichal diagnostics of automobile instrument cluster

Abstract:
The article considers the soft-hardware system for technical diagnostics of automotive instrument cluster, the development of which today is actual in conditions of growth of the Russian economy in general and the automotive industry in particular. See functional structure of hardware-software complex, which includes digital video camera, a controller, digital video camera, RAM, the main microcontroller unit slave microcontroller, key lock unit liquid crystal display controller I/O blocks signal generation, power supply. The procedure of technical diagnostics automotive instrument cluster with application of the developed hardware-software complex is performed in accordance with the algorithm of diagnosis, allowing the implementation of parallel control of the testimony of several of displayed parameters that is reducing the total time of technical diagnostics. The main stage of technical diagnostics is the procedure of the control of correctness of indicating a particular parameter automotive instrument cluster, which includes the stage of image recognition display automotive instrument cluster. Also the article contains quantitative assessment of the performance of the complex during the technical diagnostics of the automotive instrument cluster.
