Abstract:
The article contains the description of the proposed algorithm for coding and decoding data with a linear block error-correcting code with maximum code distance over a high dimension finite field. This allows changing the code parameters ad-hoc in order to adapt to the current state of a time-varying channel. The article provides feasibility argumentation for the use of the proposed algorithm for signal-code constructions in an ionospheric communication channel.
