Semiotics systems of real time for intelligent decision support at management of complex technological objects

Abstract:
The paper considers an approach to the development of advanced systems for intelligent decision support of real-time at the management of complex technological objects - intelligent decision support systems of real-time (IDSS RT) as semiotic systems. The analysis of failures and accidents under work of the difficult, ecologically dangerous productions, a typical example of which is the nuclear power plant, shows that the essential number of failures in their work occurs directly because of wrong actions of the personnel. Intelligent information and analytical support of decision making persons (DMP), implementable in IDSS RT, consists in information processing of a \"low\" level about a state of a technological management object on the basis of knowledge being stored in a knowledge base of a system. Further, in the result of processing generalized information, it is represented by DMP on a \"high\" level. Such generalized information allows proving a fast and adequate response of the DMP under failures of conditions of safe operation, decreasing in readiness or efficiency of functioning a technological management object or its subsystems. The examples of IDSS RT for operative-dispatching personnel of nuclear power plants are given.
