Abstract:
The method of an assessment of efficiency of use of technical systems of information security for ensuring conflict and steady actions of organizational and technical systems is offered. In a basis of a method use of methods of theories of hierarchical multilevel systems, decision-making in the conditions of uncertainty, researches of operations and a method of dynamic programming is necessary.
