Abstract:
A classic example of universal multifunctional medical organization is family doctor's office, as a structure designed for a wide range of tasks medical care. Division of routine business process of a General practice doctor criteria cyclic recurrence procedure of document circulation and clinical decision support with the use of expert systems was built on a modular principle information system of clinical decision support. The main tools to support clinical decision are: (a)an expert system for the selection and control of the individual rationality of combined pharmacotherapy, based on official information documents describing medicines; b) an expert system for informing about the results of drug interactions between themselves and foodstuffs, the information associated with the same Federal centralized service and the State register of medicines; c) the control of the higher one-time and higher doses and d) system of analysis of the rationality of and compliance with treatment standards of medical care. Implemented information tools have both practical and didactic application on to graduate and postgraduate stages of medical and pharmaceutical education, however, the problem of «human factor» in the management of day-to-day use of tools of examination and analytics individual combined pharmacotherapy requires additional normative and legal regulation.
