Monitoring and reliable analysis of the intensity of the flow of the epidemic process are important elements in the fight against infectious diseases. On the website www.gcgie.ru in the section «Common information space» with 2012 the online automated system of monitoring and analysis of infectious diseases and immunity serviced contingent and the population of FMBA of Russia (state registration number № 2013614917) provides a distributed collection of data on forms of state statistical reporting № 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, centralized processing and on-line access to the results. Analysis of infectious diseases is performed by comparison with the common data by region, the group of areas in the whole of FMBA of Russia, and a comparison with those of last year, on the basis of the developed indicators for the evaluation. The final assessment of the incidence is determined by comparing metrics with thresholds, depending on the chosen confidence level. Introduced five categories assessment of the status of disease: a prosperity, common, relatively poor, poor and extremely poor. Also implemented weekly monitoring of the incidence of tick virus encephalitis and activities. Until the end of 2013 it is planned to solution of tasks of monitoring the incidence of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections, operational monitoring and analysis of infectious diseases with the outbreak detection and epidemic rises.
