Indoor positioning using WI-FI-access points

Abstract:
The article is devoted to questions of indoor geo-location to provide information services through mobile devices. This article discusses models and algorithms for the positioning of a moving object based on the following input data: the coordinates of access points and the power level of the signal received by a mobile device from each access point. This article discusses the methods and algorithms for indoor navigation using Wi-Fi technology, the algorithms have been experimented to evaluate their results and estimate the accuracy, also, in this work was formulated recommendations for the use of the algorithms positioning.
