Abstract:
An approach to formalizing the problem of estimating the time to evacuate people from the floor of the educational institution. The proposed approach is based on the theory of random pulse flows and the mathematical formalism of Petri nets and allows to take into account the peculiarities of the movement of people on ways to follow. This provides an opportunity to determine all the parameters of the human flow in any section of the escape route at any time. The use of this approach to information-analytical systems, fire safety, will increase the efficiency of their operations, make better decisions and reduce the risk of death.
