Is known the chromatographic method, assumed as the basis of the creation of intellectual chromatograph , that permits implementation of qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex steam-gas mixtures without the preliminary component-by-component calibration of this chromatograph on the clean or to known, by the component mix for substances. Standard column was for this purpose used. In spite of obtained completely satisfier results, were clear that this stand, which possesses equipment excess. The purpose of present article is the creation of instrument, with the minimum use of equipment, for the identification of the qualitative composition of steam-gas mixtures, realized on one, modification chromatograph. For this the electrical circuit of detector, the previously comprised united chain, were divided into two outlines. The created modified chromatograph - identifier can be recommended to the application not only under the conditions for scientific studies, but also in the plant laboratories.
