Two approaches to the decision of problems(tasks) of technical disinformation are formulated. The first approach assumes imposing to the potential opponent of the underestimated or overestimated representation about opportunities of the object protected from means of investigation. Character of representation is defined(determined) by a plan of a management(manual). The second approach has for an object to create at the potential opponent uncertainty concerning opportunities of protected object. Feature of this approach consists that true characteristics (parameters) of object do not disappear from means of investigation. Attempt математически is undertaken to formulate both approaches to the decision of problems(tasks) of technical disinformation. Construction of mathematical model of technical disinformation demands a concrete definition of a prob-lem(task).
