In the article offered informational model of processes of informational and analytical maintains of scientists - researches of University distinctive feature of which is to ensure active information decision support at all stages of scientific research. Informational model includes three informational and analytical circuit - organization, planning, providing and maintains of scientific researches. It represents the one hand sources of information, on the other generated at the creative process of research output information.
