The article proposes a decision making support system (DMSS) based on the system of balanced indexes. Architecture of the object-functional system to carry out business management is considered to be efficient. This system makes it possible to present the entities of the application environment as a set of management objects and define the management functions for each object. A conceptual flow chart of the decision making support system is proposed. The balanced indexes system build-up and implementation is conceived as the information support basis for management decision making. The implementation of the proposed system at the enterprises engaged in the development of high technology products is considered to be very promising.
