Abstract:
There are numerous methods for conversion of images, which are either not used at all or are very seldom used in machine vision systems. Standard image processing methods able to achieve remarkable results, but they are not the manifestation of intelligence. You can provide to add a certain level of intelligence in the processing of the images is done with one purpose: to improve the prospects for the installation of machine vision systems at the enterprises.
For the correct decision of a task of matching objects and patterns of significant importance is the development of classification of images parts, which would reflect their geometric form. The classification of the components in combination with the system of computer vision is aimed at automation of the identification of products and technological processes of their manufacturing.
For the classification of objects, could use as a basis the "Technological classifier of parts of mechanical engineering and instrument-making", which covers the details of all industries of the main and auxiliary production facilities.
Product codes are a source of data that can be used to access information about it, including the enterprises at the stages of design and technological preparation of production and management, with the use of means of computer technology.
The process of encoding parts is to assign the details of the code of the classification of groups of the constructive signs on the classifier ESKD.
As the main features of the geometrical form of the product taken: the class, the dimensional characteristics, the characteristics of the form and the signature of the product.
