Cloud computing promises evaluation of IT services. So it is important to think about SaaS solutions in different areas, because cloud could be quickly increased, developed and integrated of different corporative clouds. So there is problem of quick relevant search of data and services needed. Ontological description enables to build structure and taxonomy of data and services in cloud computing. Ontology shows perspective of security operations and supports categories of operative security information. Cloud computing model should be adapted for high readiness and security of computational resources cloud. In this paper there were investigated relevant taxonomy of data and services in cloud computing and security in part of SaaS on the base of ontology description of taxonomy to data and services using data bases and knowledge bases, where taxonomy and security risks are accumulated and analyzed for the cloud.
