Abstract:
Creating a new high-technology processes with high speed and large unit capacity units require fast and reliable equipment for control and monitoring to ensure the realization of benefits of new technology [1]. The level of automation has already chosen in the synthesis of technology and, in turn, largely determines the technology (system-level design automation technology sys-tems, including automated equipment). Intensification and complication of the processes of production of pellets, increasing quality requirements of the finished product makes it impossible in many cases, management units, without automated systems. Good governance can be achieved by using multi-level automation systems with the use of computer aids ─ automated process control systems (APCS). A necessary condition for the preparation okomkovatelnyh factories for the introduction of automated process control system is to automate them with the means of control, stabilization and regulation of technological processes.
