Abstract:
On an input of system of mass service not ordinary stream of applications, in which probably simultaneous occurrence of two and more events on an example of a fixed-route taxi moves. An entrance stream is the stream of passengers. The quantity of landing places in interior of a fixed-route taxi defines number of channels of service, each of which at any moment can be in one of two possible conditions - is borrowed or free. The system of mass service with refusals is considered. The fullest characteristic of functioning of system of mass service is the law of distribution of probabilities of conditions at any moment, кисываются by means of Kolmogorov's ordinary linear differential equations for probabilities of conditions of system. Probabilities are certain under formula Erlange. The Application will be refused in service in the event that all channels are borrowed or on an input the pair application acts, and one channel is free only. At absence of pair applications bidimentional columns of conditions turns to the classical scheme « destructions and duplication». Systems of mass service with refusals on which input not ordinary stream of applications acts are considered. Expressions for a finding of probabilities of various conditions of system and for an estimation of parameters of efficiency of functioning of such system are received. The considered approach is used for the analysis of group applications with expectation, with various discipline of service and various distribution of applications on free channels
