The problem of optimal design of structure of the backbone corporate networks is considered in the article. Three main groups of efficiency indicators for the network are allocated: performance, stability of functioning, cost. As a result of the analysis as a criterion for structural optimization was chosen the criterion of minimum cost, the parameters of performance and stability of functioning act as constraints. Taking into account features of the designing of the backbone corporate networks is formulated the task of structural optimization the given class of networks.
