Results on conducting the medical documentation by means of clinical information system "INTERIS" in branch of reanimation and intensive therapy are presented. The general result of introduction of medical information systems Develops of several important components. Use of new medical information technologies has high potential of an economic gain for treatment-and-prophylactic establishments. The basic purpose of creation of clinical information system "INTERIS" is optimization of the broad audience of the problems connected with rendering of medical aid by patients. For its achievement modes of conducting the medical documentation, formation of medicamentous and not medicamentous purposes, the order and representation of laboratory researches, forecasting of an outcome of disease and an estimation of a condition central гемодинамики, receptions of the accounting information and others are realized. Clinical information system "INTERIS" it is successfully introduced in three ORIT various Moscow hospitals. Introduction of clinical information system "INTERIS" has allowed doctors to pay more attention to process of direct treatment of patients due to decrease in expenses of time for other work.
