Computer support of the performance evaluation of administrative decisions in the medical and preventive treatment facilities

Abstract:
The nonparametric method based on use of the mathematical device of linear programming and a method of the analysis on the basis of stochastic borders concerns to known methods of an estimation of efficiency of activity LPU. Use of method DEA for the analysis of the environment of functioning as the mechanism for direct carrying out of classification LPU in multivariate space of entrance and target parameters of system of support of decision-making is offered. The given approach is applied to an estimation of efficiency of administrative decisions in activity LPU. Result of work of method DEA is the integrated parameter for everyone LPU. The article discusses the methods of performance evaluation of the Medical and Preventive Treatment Facilities, suggests an approach to the development of decision making support system for performance evaluation of the Medical and Preventive Treatment Facilities, gives a brief characteristics of some of the forms of collateral for the discussed decision making support system. The proposed model of performance evaluation of the Medical and Preventive Treatment Facilities based on DEA and discussed methods of computer support of such evaluation are oriented on the increase of the performance effectiveness of the Medical and Preventive Treatment Facilities and are realizable when put into practice.
