Per 2011-2012 the federal information resource will be created; duplicating typical decisions in treatment-and-prophylactic establishments, in territorial funds of obligatory medical insurance and controls is carried out by regional public health services; the federal electronic medical library and portal of the main experts is created; the decision is developed for operative round-the-clock monitoring a state of health of the person; the uniform network of an information exchange is generated. The basic results consist in introduction of an electronic medical card of the citizen which follows its moving; in treatment-and-prophylactic establishments service of electronic record to the doctor in all subjects of the Russian Federation is started; are organized inter-regional interaction on obligatory medical insurance on the basis of the uniform standard-help information; it is put into operation in all territory of the country the uniform policy of obligatory medical insurance. Approbation of these decisions is planned in medical institutions of Moscow, St.-Petersburg and Krasnoyarsk region.
