Enhance accuracy of image data coordinate binding getting by UAV

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) find wide application in the decision of problems of remote supervision of a terrestrial surface and the objects of a natural or artificial origin located on it. One of the primary goals of systems of remote monitoring is definition of cartographical coordinates of the objects which have been found out on the image, that is a coordinate binding of images. Requirements to its accuracy in such systems are high enough. Besides, in many important cases processing of video measurements should be spent in real time. All it testifies to complexity of the given problem. The coordinate binding is the key technology in the analysis of images received as a result of processing big streams of the specific information as quality and utility received on them to data critically depends on possibility and accuracy of a co-ordinate binding. In turn, quality of received video images and accuracy of a coordinate binding of observable objects depends on the big number of operating factors, many of which have casual and uncertain character. Therefore, despite the big number of published works devoted to the given problematics, questions of increase of accuracy of a coordinate binding of images of UAV of video observation continue to remain actual. In the given article some ways of increase of accuracy of processing of video measurements to land control complexes and information processing are considered. They are connected with the organization of the integrated processing of onboard navigating measurements of the carrier of equipment of supervision, and also with working out of methods of a coordinate binding of images on navigating data and reference points taking into account difficult real dynamics of regular making errors of definition of parametres of angular movement of UAV.
