The articles emphasizes that creation of more reliable and efficient facilities for monitoring Fuel and Power Sector (FPS) entities is urgently needed in the contemporary conditions versus currently used spacecraft and manned aviation. As the stated facilities the JSC "Vega Concern" being a head organization engaged in coordination of enterprises activities and system researches in the field of UAV and balloon system development and production offered to use the Multipurpose Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems (MUAVS) employed in the Russian Federation defense interests. These systems allow observe larging areas whereon FPS enterprises are situated, providing the industry with true information of high degree of accuracy and validity. The JSC "Vega Concern" together with JSC - Almaz-Antey Corporation - developed a concept of the investment project - Creation of system to provide specialized services for Fuel and Power Sector enterprises using UAVS?, implementation of which will enable to solve the problem of Fuel and Power Sector industries information support. The JSC "Vega Concern" owns technical organizational facilities for rendering services using UAV systems. They may be based on a specialized service company which can provide a wide range of information services for Fuel and Power Sector enterprises. The most important technical facilities of the Service Company are to be the multipurpose UAV systems based on the state-of-the-art achievements in the field of pilotless aviation including the state defense programs.
