The base of interference devices for control small angular or linear movements is registration conduct of interference picture, which contains in addition to useful information, distortion and noise emanated from destabilizing factors. The article analyses four methods processing interference picture. In order to determine their noiseproof has developed a program, which simulate the work of these methods.
