The regional information system of monitoring of obstetric aid (RISAR) is aimed at granting modern and highly effective perinatal help to all pregnant women of region, without dependence from a place of their residing, and also on the control and de-crease parent, perinatal and children-s death rate, disease of pregnant women and women in childbirth, disease of newborns, congenital physical inability of children. The primary goal of introduction RISAR is increase of efficiency of process of monitoring of obstetric aid.
