Abstract:
In order to improve the assessmetn of quality of care in the territory of the Saratov region was developed and implemented a unified regional system of quality management of medical care provided by health care institutions, regardless of departmental subordination and forms of ownership. Creation of an information system based on modern high-tech communications equipment and software and hardware complexes allowed to form a single regional network which include all compulsory gealth insurance institutions. Implementation of the information system allows to effectively spend the funds of compulsory health insurance system.
