A structure of information support (IS) for the computer diagnostics system (CDS) used for estimation of a cardiac-vascular system (CVS) state in accordance with standards of information interaction with a medical information system (MIS), independent from MIS data base organization, is developed. The IS is capable of adaptation and reconfiguration for the efficient and operative solution of CVS state estimation problems. The proposed structure of information interaction ensures CDS functioning according to client-server technology both in the MIS structure and in autonomous regime. The developed functions of the server and client parts of the CDS are described.
