The scientific substantiation of processes occurring at complex security systems (CSS) construction and formalizing of applied methods are actual problems. In the article, the question of integration of diverse systems is considered. The generalised model of an integrated system and two common methods of integration are offered: a method of «coercion of units» and a method of «implantation of components». On the basis of the method of structural, analysis methods of search and an estimation of completeness of integration links of CSS subsystems are offered, allowing to revealing all possible links between integrated systems and to estimation of their quantity. Examples of the use of the offered methods are in summary resulted.
