Mathematical Model for High-Accuracy Binding of Video Frames to Map of District

Abstract:
As applied to the remote sensing of environment, using a low-sized unmanned airplane, the high-accuracy binding of born multiframe sensor images to district by means of through video set mutual associating parameters optimization for pairs of adjacent frames corresponding points prototypes is considered. The restricted accuracy of a low-sized unmanned airplane flight parameters measurements, the absence of knowledge about the discrepancy between time moments of flight parameters registration and frame forming as well as the presence of elevation model of district is supposed. The designed mathematical models of frame corresponding points mutual discrepancies as well as the models for through video set calculating the mutual frames binding parameters and parameters of binding frames to map are resulted. Binding procedure in automatic mode and versions of combined video set image frames processing based on through video set optimal mutual frames binding data are described, that is along flight pass lacing of frames, stereo video forming etc. are described.
