In article the method of synthesis the static estimator for linear stochastic control system is present. It allows taking the estimate of individual parameter of control system with given accuracy. For synthesis used the classical structure of linear estimator. Analytical describe of it parameters are based on the system embedding technology. The illustrative example is present.
