The existing approaches to aviation safety management are focused on taking into account the results of statistical data that are a manifestation of the actual adverse consequences in aviation activities. In the interests of sustainable management of aviation detail safety indicators, a mechanism is needed to ensure the possibility of early determination of the occurrence of possible adverse consequences, provided that timely identified threats are implemented, as well as the formation of recommendations for corrective control actions that neutralize the identified threats that have arisen.
