Abstract:

Agriculture is one of the important areas of development of the Russian economy. The National Agro-Industrial Complex (AIC) is based on two key sectors - crop and livestock production. An important direction for improving agricultural production practices is the creation of a man-machine automated control system for agro-technological processes (ACS AP). The basis of such a system should be a digital control platform (DCP) to ensure precise digital control of the activities of all participants involved in agro-technological processes with deep planning and control (dispatching) in real time. The system should be built using artificial intelligence and other areas of cognitive technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data processing. The introduction of the DCP as a typical basis for building regional ACS AP with centralized geoinformation and methodological support, as well as providing automated access to data on the latest achievements in the field of crop production and soil science will improve the timeliness and quality of the actual agricultural and supporting work.

The purpose of this work is to determine the principles of building an ACS AP at the regional level, to identify the main aspects that affect the effectiveness of its development, and to identify the main problems of ensuring information security (IS) and directions for their solution.

Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience in building a regional ACS AP, the basic principles of its construction and development have been determined. The necessary organizational and technical measures have been substantiated. A generalized architecture of the ACS AP has been developed. To achieve a positive result in the creation and development of the ACS AP, the basic requirements for the life cycle system (LCS) have been identified. The need to create a system for ensuring information security has been substantiated and the basic requirements have been determined, considering the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the construction of an automated process control system. The results obtained can be used in the implementation of the digital transformation of the domestic agro-industrial complex.
