This article describes some aspects of the service «Patient Personal Cabinet» (PPC) implementation, being a part of the territorial dis-tributed regional information system of provision of electronic medical services to the population. The list, appointment and the principles of interaction of components of system is presented. The description of method of an asynchronous interaction of the doctor and patient applications when carrying out distant consultations is provided. Support of this interaction method the PPC and the distant doctor consultation services is described. The structure and the description of program forms of PPC application realizing process of request and viewing by the patient of remote consultations of the doctor is given.
