Abstract:
This paper puts forward proposals on development of monitoring ice situation center. The primary purpose of center-s operation is providing safe navigation along Northern Sea Route. The proposed approach to creating situational center monitoring and intelligent decision support will significantly improve and modernize the information management system of navigation along the Northern Sea Route.
