Abstract:
The article describes the approach to the construction of the image (picture) language, to the search image formation of the search ob-ject based on a hierarchically ordered set of images of its components and to their use in the identification by comparing the optical and radar information (ORI) in the Arctic zone and in the integration of information in a single repository optical and radar information Sto-rage for the arctic zone (ORISAZ). The images (images) language is a language that describes the formation (using a graphical and/or video images) and the manipulation of search object images of the search/surveillance and their standards as parameters of identifica-tion and mapping procedures (in this sense, the language of the description parameters). The article provides General information about the image language, given the principles and outlines for the General approach to its design and organization, information about the pro-totype of the image language, and also the results of assessing the feasibility of development and application of algorithms that allow multi-threaded and parallel implementation on multiprocessor computing systems.
