Automation documenting the functionality of the information system using the method of adaptive clustering

Abstract:
The solution automated acquisition documentation information system [1, 2] optimizes costs and improves the quality of development, and facilitates the maintenance of the system during its operation. Documenting the functionality of the information system requires considerable effort due to the large number and high complexity system tasks. In the article on the example documents related to different stages of development (concept, specification, technical and working design) defined principles of organization model information system that enables the generation of relevant sections of the documents. The model is implemented in the framework of the proposed method adaptive clustering (MAC) information systems [3, 5]. MAC is a top-down functional service-oriented design method for information systems designed for shaping the system to be created at the level of its use (business level), and specify its software components (clusters). A key property of the method is the establishment of linkages between business processes and system services (architectural components of the system). This allows speaking about the adaptability of the method, considering how the implementation of necessary and sufficient functional system that meets the requirements of the implementation of the business processes of the customer. The method does not affect the levels of hardware and network organization information system. The article analyzes the compliance of primitives MAC to sections of the main design and operational documents (concept, technical specifications, explanatory note, program description, operators manual) describing the functionality of the information system. Describes the rules of modeling primitives in UML and commenting on them to obtain the appropriate texts. Is determined by the typical structure of the system model in UML, allowing a uniform way to implement the generation of text documents and provides an example of the generation program document in Enterprise Architect [6].
