Patient personal cabinet on the base of regional integration platform

Abstract:
This article describes ways to minimize a cost of hospital stay in the result of transferring of all possible actions of follow-up care of patients to outpatient medical institutions. The analysis of ways to modernize the outpatient medical institutions, aimed to their adapting to the solution of new tasks, was performed. It is shown that improving the efficiency of clinics resource use, retrofitted with modern medical equipment, routing of patients in obtaining health care services in health facilities should be optimized and a widespread introduction of «electronic assistants» is necessary. It is considered a functionality of one of these assistants ? «Patient Personal Cabinet». It allows reserving an appointment with the doctor, getting information about the rendered services, and has the necessary tools to conduct remote monitoring of patients\' health status and receive remote medical consultations of doctors. The architecture of the regional-level system of providing medical services to the population is developed. The sequence diagram of the interaction process during the remote consultations of doctor with the patient is submitted. The regional-level integration platform which is the basis for the placement of medical services for the population is determined.
