Abstract:
In modern Russia the construction of integrated information media for organization-technical-economical systems (OTES) participants is practically impossible due to the absence of corresponding innovation technologies. There are 3 main factors defining the end cost minimization on the basis of nowdays CALS technologies: these technologies are oriented on cost management only for industrial products and maintenance; the cost management for personnel of the given level is not considered; the connection between components of cost-quality criteria is not taken into account. The article develops Part 1 of the series - Basic technologies for cost management life in high available OTES - in the field of integrated information media design of the basis of modern principles of processing cost management and stochastic CALS technologies. Main topics: sequence of events for innovation technologies into corporation baseness-processors; information infrastructure for integrated logistic support design; formation of the integrated logistic support plan; organization problems for analysis of logistic support. Basic technologies for cost management life cycle in high available OTES are useful for corporations in Russia state sector. Practical examples in the field of aviation technique are given in Appendix. Future Part 3 of the series will be dedicated to stochastic modeling technologies and innovation organization activities modeling for OTES.
