Abstract:
This paper discusses the use of multi-agent information analysis systems in scanning open network sources for narrow, highly specialized scientific and technological information. Aspects of dynamic formation of topic-based clusters on the Internet are considered. The results of this work are presented in the form of the database, registered in the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. The way of developing a thesaurus of topical terms is outlined. Such thesaurus helps provide a rational combination of completeness and accuracy while providing information services to organizations, subdivisions (departments, laboratories) or personally researchers and specialists.
