Software tools for automatic search of optimal supplement spare parts program in aftersale product support system

Abstract:
The paper contains theoretical foundations, typical basic algorithms and original software tools «ASOS» 2.0 for automatic search and analysis of supplement spare parts program in aftersale product support systems. Algorithms are based on methods of analytical modeling of stochastic processes in hybrid stochastic systems. Cost saving approach for manufactured product exploitation support system design based on stochastic CALS concept is used. The main particularities of this approach are: stochastic analytical modeling and aftersale product support system optimization based on cost criteria for the given level of technical readiness. ASOS 2.0 is created in Delphi. Software tools are oriented to research and development of modern large scale aftersale product support systems. The results of ASOS 2.0 testing convinced high efficiency of software tools. (Fig. 3 8).
