Magazine «Systems with High Availability» - the refereed scientific and technical magazine intended primarily for reader's audience of experts in the field of construction of information-telecommunication systems with high availability and their components (the automated information systems and their components, computing and telecommunication systems and another) and applied research. High Availability means access to data and applications whenever needed and with an acceptable level of performance. High Availability deals with the service aspect of the "system" as an unbroken whole and as perceived by its end-users. In this context, reliability (of hardware and software components) and performance (response-time/through-put, transactions per minute, etc.) are parts of system availability. Subjects of papers published in magazine can concern the computing, telecommunication, automated information systems and their components, the system analysis and management, methods of programming and programming systems, applied complexes and other elements, techniques and methods of construction of information-telecommunication systems with high availability.
