Modern information technologies are being developed in order to increase the portability of tools, reduce costs and increase the speed of development and testing of a software product. The article discusses a new approach to the development of web services using the example of a CRM-system. A methodology for developing an enterprise CRM-system based on modern Web technologies such as Node.js, React, RethinkDB and Nginx is proposed.
A brief description and analysis of the possibilities of using development tools is provided. The information system developed on the platform considered has the functionality of managing customer relationships: contact accounting, tracking tasks and customer requests, analytics, reporting, and others. The system has high performance and scalability.
In modern business, CRM-systems are actively used to manage customer relationships. However, existing CRM-systems can be expensive and are not always suitable for the specific needs of enterprises. Also, with the use of outdated technologies, there may be problems with the performance and scalability of the system.
Target – development of an enterprise CRM-system based on modern Web technologies, such as Node.js, React, RethinkDB and Nginx. This approach will create an efficient and flexible CRM-system that will meet the needs of the enterprise.
In the course of the work, an enterprise CRM-system based on Node was developed.js, React, RethinkDB and Nginx. The system has the functionality of managing customer relationships, such as accounting for contacts, tracking tasks and customer requests, analytics, reporting, and others. Thanks to the use of modern Web technologies, the system has high performance and scalability.
The developed CRM-system of the enterprise based on modern Web technologies has practical significance, as it provides enterprises with a tool for effective customer relationship management. Such a system allows you to automate processes, increase work efficiency and improve customer service.
