In the period up to 2030, the Russian Federation will have to significantly expand the technological capabilities of the economy and ensure the growth of the capacities of the domestic industry. This direction of the country's development is clearly outlined by the President of the Russian Federation Putin V.V. and fixed in the Message to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated 02/21/2023 [1]. However, the technological breakthrough of the Russian economy is not possible without competent and high-quality administrative management of enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership. The introduction of a comprehensive management support system on them, which ensures coordination of the interaction of management systems and control of their effectiveness (controlling), can become one of the main tools that will successfully and efficiently solve the tasks set by the President of the Russian Federation. At the same time, over the past two decades, the use of controlling has not become widespread in Russia. While maintaining this problem in the current state, a significant qualitative expansion of the technological capabilities of the economy and ensuring the growth of the capacities of the domestic industry seem doubtful.
Purpose – to analyze the current state of affairs with the introduction of controlling at Russian enterprises, as well as the main reasons preventing its implementation and use as an effective management tool.
Analytical material containing an assessment of the main reasons preventing the introduction of a management support system at Russian enterprises aimed at coordinating the interaction of management systems and monitoring their effectiveness (controlling).
The proposed analytical material accompanies the introduction of controlling in almost any enterprise, regardless of the form of ownership.
