Abstract:

To date, the most important problem of information support for food production is the development and application of adequate methods for calculating the performance indicators of the information system of production business processes of food industry enterprises. This is especially true in the context of the introduction of high-cost and risky technologies of “Industry 4.0”.

Goal – formulation and consideration of practical aspects of the formation and development of methods for calculating performance indicators for the development of automation of information support of production processes in the food industry.

The criteria of optimality in the multi-criteria model are determined, which are indicators of product quality, depending on the parameters of the development of information support for business processes, and the most likely solutions will be considered performance indicators.

The results of the work can be used in the development of a multi-criteria model describing the system of interrelation of information technologies and the quality of finished products of food industry enterprises, providing increased efficiency of information support of production business processes.
