The article defines the role and significance of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the fourth transition from the modern fourth industrial revolution to the emerging industry 5.0. The work analyzes the possibilities in the field of UAVs and their application in various sectors of the economy. The article highlights the main benefits and challenges associated with the use of UAVs, as well as their role in improving the operation and efficiency of industrial and urban systems. The article concludes with a discussion of future prospects for UAV technology.
