Abstract:

In modern conditions, the problems of studying the security of information of informatization objects in order to justify the methods and means of ensuring information security become not only extremely relevant, but also require, in addition to analyzing the security characteristics, the definition of such mathematical abstractions that allow quantifying the security.

The goal is to determine a quantitative assessment of the information security characteristics of informatization objects.

The use of classical mathematical abstractions in the construction of mathematical models for assessing the characteristics of the processes of responding to information security threats increases the adequacy of modeling due to the completeness of the reflection of the parameters of the dynamics of information security threats, the processes of their detection and neutralization.

The practical significance lies in the application of the obtained mathematical models for the quantitative assessment of the characteristics of the processes of responding to information security threats of informatization objects.
